Ingredients:

6 egg whites

¼ cup almond milk

½ Tablespoon ground flaxseeds

½ Tablespoon ground chia seeds

1 cup chopped spinach

salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Grilled vegetables of your preference

Instructions:

  1. Heat a small non-stick pan to low-medium heat.
  2. Whisk together egg whites, almond milk, ground flax and chia seeds, spinach, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan while rapidly swirling it throughout the pan to create a thin-like wrap. Turn until golden brown once for each side.
  4. Wrap each egg tortilla with your favorite veggies.
