Made a quick stop at Nekter to checkout their menu and found a few options which I would recommend.

Service and ambience: The girl who took my order was very cordial and knowledgeable about all the menu selection. The ambience is very casual, where you can enjoy your drink either indoors or on their outstood sitting area.

Menu: They make it very easy for those who are counting their calories or macros given they have the nutrient breakdown of all their menu items. They also offer some grab-and-go items such as chia seed parfait, juices and protein shakes.

Here are my top pics:

My recommendations are mostly based on low-sugar, high-fiber options. However, they can customize your order and modify the ingredients to decrease the total sugar content (e.g. take out added agave nectar) and/or increase fiber content (e.g. add chia seeds).

Fresh Juices:

The Greenie, 10 oz (5 g sugar, 3 g fiber)

The Buzz, 10 oz (6 g of sugar, 0 g fiber)

Superfood Smoothies:

Health Nut with Nut Butter or Peanut Butter, 10 oz (15 g sugar, 7 g fiber)

Turmeric Sunrise, 10 oz (10 g sugar, 2 g fiber)

Fusion Blends:
Slender Greens but replace coconut water with Kombucha to decrease total sugar content and increase gut benefits.

Skoop (vegan ice cream)

Coconut vanilla topped with fresh fruit and hemp seeds.
