- 1 C Oat flour (I blended plain instant oats)
- 1 C Almond flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp Milk alternative
- 1 Tbsp Ground flaxseeds
- 2 Tbsp Coconut oil, melted
- 1/3 C Maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients followed by wet ingredients.
- Pour into silicone muffin pan, about half-full.
- Microwave for 3 minutes and enjoy!
