Almond Breakfast Biscuits

Yields: 3 portions

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

1 egg

1 tsp avocado oil

*If you want it sweet, add 1 tsp coconut sugar and replace the 1 tsp avocado oil with 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven at 350°F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and divide the dough in 3 parts.
  3. Roll them into a ball and manually flatten into a biscuit shape.
  4. Place onto lightly greased or parchment paper/silicone baking sheet lined baking sheet.
  5. Top with your favorite fruit for a sweet biscuit or scrambled eggs with veggies for savory flavor.
