Cook time: 25 minutes


2 medium Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples (best flavor and hold together when baking)

Mixed 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil

1 tsp coconut sugar

1/4 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp coconut flour

1 tsp vanilla extract



  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Slice apples into thin wedges.
  3. Whisk the remaining ingredients and once well integrated, mix with sliced apples.
  4. Spread the apple slices into the bottom of a small cast iron skillet and bake for 25 min.
  5. Remove from oven and top with walnuts, granola or fresh berries before serving.
