Baked (high protein) Dark Chocolate Donuts

Yields:  6 donuts

Ingredients:

1 C flour

¾ C coconut milk

1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

1 scoop collagen peptides

Cooking spray

 

Optional add-ins:

Nut butter

Shredded coconut

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat at 350°F, mix everything and let sit for 5 min.
  2. Bake for 15 min and let cool.
  3. Decorate with your favorite nut or seed butter, shredded coconut and/or chocolate chips
