Ingredients for base:
1 ½ C whole almonds or chews
½ C water
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Optional flavors, add either of the following to the base:
– Savory: ½ C lime juice & salt to taste
– Sweet: ½ tsp cinnamon & 1 tsp honey
– Roasted Garlic & herb: 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice, ¼ tsp of salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 4 Tbsp fresh chopped herbs (thyme, rosemary, chives, and/or oregano)

1. Soak nuts overnight or about 8-10 hours.
2. Drain and for almonds, remove skin.
3. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency.
