Yields:  16 hash browns

1 package of plain shredded Hash Browns (20 oz)

3 eggs

1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds

1 C cauliflower florets, cooked until soft

1 package uncured turkey bacon (8 oz), chopped


  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. 
  2. Mash the cauliflower florets and add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Add a spoonful of cauliflower mixture and shape into a patty.
  4. Cook until brown and crispy, about 5 minutes each side. Repeat with remaining cauliflower mixture.
