Yields: 12 squares

WET INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs

2 flax eggs

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1/4 C nut butter (I used cashew)

1/4 C pure maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

DRY INGREDIENTS:

2 C oat flour

1/2 C almond flour

4 Tbsp cocoa powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp cinnamon

ADD-INS:

1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 C chopped walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F and place parchment paper on 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. Seperately, mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients. Once each are well incorporated mix together.
  3. Fold add-ins and pour batter over baking pan.
  4. Bake for for 30 minutes, let cool before cutting squares and enjoy.
