1/2 C oatmeal 

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla 

1/4 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 Tbsp cocoa powder

1/2 tsp baking soda 

2 tsp maple syrup

Toppings of choice 


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 6” cast-iron skillet or ramekin with coconut oil.
  2. Blend all ingredients except for the toppings in blender until smooth.
  3. Pour into skillet, add toppings and bake for 35 minutes.
