Each week you will receive a new 35-45 minute class and you will continue to have access to your accumulated monthly classes.

Danss Fitness focuses on cardio & strengthening, a fusion of core-centric exercises with fun dance-inspired moves.

Suitable for all fitness levels, modify and follow at your own pace.

Full-body aerobic workout, with different combinations of high and low-impact movements to activate different muscle groups in your body.
